SPEAKER: Patricia Tobin, Elderlaw Attorney, former Director of the Santa Clara County Mental Health Advocacy Project and a Public Guardian -Conservator for Santa Cruz County.  She is a noted Elderlaw Attorney, and has taught Public Benefits, Special Needs Trust Planning and Estate Planning Law to Attorneys, Social Workers and Accountants nationwide; and she has published over 15 articles on these topics.
