Transitional Age Youth Program (TAY)

The TAY Center is located at 615 B St, Suite 1A, San Rafael 94901. Community-Based mental health and substance abuse use services including intensive case management, education, employment and medication support for youth ages 16-25. For 24 years, the California Youth Crisis Line has provided an unique telephone service connecting young people across California with resources and have provided a listening ear for California’s youth and families in need.  Your options to reach the California Youth Crisis Line have just increased to include an Online LIVE CHAT feature with a professionally-trained crisis counselor!  Secure online chatting creates a stronger support network for anyone who doesn’t feel quite comfortable yet to pick up a phone.
